If you're not completely satisfied with a service you've received, please let us know within 7 days of your appointment. This allows us to address your concerns promptly and effectively.
Any adjustments will need to be scheduled with the same stylist, and for colour changes, a charge may apply to cover the cost of additional product used.

Exactly what a great salon should look and feel like. Very professional, always willing to accommodate changes in appointments. The entire team is great!! I have been to Anida previously and she was great! Jade did an incredible job on both my 2 last visits, she really listens, offers great advice and gives scalp massage that melts away all of your stresses! | wouldn't even try anywhere else in London!! I've been to Salon Entrenous 3 times and have always received the best service from very friendly and intelligent stylists. Katie did an amazing balayage for me over the summer, Jess was very bubbly and gave me a great cut, and Steph was an expert at cutting my thick wavy hair, she had lots of great tips for me! I would highly recommend going to this salon!
