Appointment Policy & Fees

We know your time is valuable — and so is our stylists'. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a $75 fee
($125 during holiday weekends).

These policies help us keep our schedule running smoothly so every client gets the time and attention they deserve. Thank you for your understanding.

We are committed to helping you achieve the look you love and ensuring it lasts as long as possible. However, it's important to note that hair naturally changes over time—colours may fade, toners can wear off, hair grows, ends may split, and treatments eventually diminish.

If you're not completely satisfied with a service you've received, please let us know within 7 days of your appointment. This allows us to address your concerns promptly and effectively.

Any adjustments will need to be scheduled with the same stylist, and for colour changes, a charge may apply to cover the cost of additional product used.

  • There are several convenient parking options near the salon.
    You can park behind Libro Credit Union, or use street parking directly in front of the salon after 10:00 am for up to two hours. If you use the HONK app, enter the word CORE to receive two hours of free parking. Metered parking is also available behind Joe Kool’s and Toboggan.

  • Pricing varies by stylist, service, and experience level. During your consultation, your stylist will walk you through pricing, maintenance expectations, and timelines so there are no surprises.

  • Yes. Consultations are encouraged, especially for colour services or significant changes. A consultation allows you and your stylist to align on goals, maintenance, timing, and investment. Consultations are free and take about 15 minutes.

  • Yes. Many of our clients are professionals who value quality, consistency, and efficiency. Our front desk and assistant support help appointments run smoothly and on time.

  • Yes. We welcome students who care about their appearance and see hair as part of their personal and professional image. We also offer a 15% student discount for Western University and Fanshawe College students on haircuts only. Pricing and availability vary by stylist.

  • Salon Entrenous combines decades of experience with a modern, fashion-forward approach. Our model gives clients the benefit of highly skilled, independent stylists supported by a full salon team, resulting in personalized service without the chaos of a typical booth-rental environment.
